		<description>Thanks for posting this. When did Valentines Day become such a candy high holiday?  My kid came home with a bag full of loot, despite whatever &quot;healthy&quot; wellness policy is on the books in my district. 

I&#039;ve created a fun and delicious Valentines Day curricula that does involve a chocolate tasting but focuses more on the history, botany and health benefits of chocolate. We need to impress upon our kids the importance of quality over quantity.  Less is more! Let&#039;s train their taste buds to focus on better food....even better chocolate!</description>
