<description>I very much enjoyed the article, I represent Dole and Bailey who are working on a model similar to what is being worked out with LaFreida. We are trying to revitalize agriculture in New England by purchasing cattle direct from producers and have them processed at one of currently four small, artisan processing plants around New England who process cuts to our customer expectations, then we pick up and distribute. Each farm is identified on the label. Check out more details at www.Northeastfamilyfarms.com
