		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more. What a great idea. The focus should be on limiting sugar. Dietary fat does not lead to weight gain (in and of itself), except trans fat. Wholesome, healthy fats need to be added to school lunches; sugar needs to be cut drastically.</description>
