All it required was a letter from his doctor and nutritionist and our lunch lady happily ordered it. So, if it is important that your child has those extra calories, or won't drink anything but chocolate milk and needs the nutritients, talk to your doctor and your lunch staff. They will be more than happy to make sure your precious one gets what they need.
