		<description>You make some good points and I agree that much of eating comes down to common sense. Unfortunately, it&#039;s not so common anymore and the &quot;experts&quot; don&#039;t make it much easier.

Culture is definitely helpful in customizing our eating habits, but in the US I think that the number of ethnic and national cultures can create a great deal of environmental &quot;noise&quot; that complicates correctly making nutritional choices.</description>
