As you say, a top priority for Child Nutrition Reauthorization is for Congress to enact $250 million over 5 years, with $50 million mandatory, for Section 122. Dr. Katie Wilson, President of the School Nutrition Assocation, urged participants at the National Farm to Cafeteria Conference in Portlant, OR in late March to get involved with their legislators to insure that this seed grant program receive appropriation this time around. She said to call (202) 224-3121 and ask to speak with the aid in your U.S. Senate and House member's office who is handling Child Nutrition Reauthorization. Ask for their support.
